Aurem collects minimal information necessary to provide entitlement verification services. This includes session identifiers, referral data, and the entitlement tier you select. No payment information is collected or stored.
How we use your information
Session and event data is used solely to route your entitlement request, verify your access status, and provide usage analytics to media sites. Data is retained only as long as needed for operational purposes.
Payment data
All payment transactions are handled exclusively by third-party providers (Patreon, NOW Payments, SubscribeStar, etc.). Aurem does not process, store, or have access to your payment credentials or billing details.
Data sharing
We share only the minimum entitlement status information (active or inactive, tier, expiry) with the media site you are accessing. No personal identifying information is shared beyond what is necessary for access verification.
Cookies and tracking
Aurem may use session cookies to maintain your authentication state during the activation process. These are temporary and are not used for advertising or third-party tracking.
