Terms governing the use of Aurem's entitlement gateway.
Service description
Aurem provides an entitlement access gateway that bridges media sites and payment providers. Users authenticate through Aurem to verify their access entitlement before being routed to authorized content.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access tokens and for ensuring they are logged into the appropriate provider accounts (such as Patreon) during the activation process. Users must comply with the terms of service of both the media site and the payment provider they use.
Service availability
Aurem strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The entitlement verification system may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.
Limitation of liability
Aurem acts as an intermediary between media sites and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by media sites, nor for the payment processing conducted by third-party providers.
Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
